1–2 minutes

As mentioned under Live, Cocoon Moments is built on three pillars: Live, Play, and Imagine. On this page, Play takes center stage: activities that make you happy and allow you to fully immerse yourself. Creative things, sports, movement, cooking, building, games — anything that helps you engage in a way that feels good. You don’t have to be good at it. As long as it gives you an outlet.

Letting Yourself Go

Play is about moments where you let go of daily pressure and do something simply because it’s fun. Trying, discovering, tinkering, messing around, laughing — without expectations, without perfection. Just doing and enjoying whatever you make, do, or try. Alone or with others.

What Is Possible

You can’t always do everything you’d like. Time, energy, physical limitations, or other priorities sometimes get in the way. That’s why I try to offer as many different tips and inspiration ideas as possible in the blogs. Hopefully, everyone can pick something that works for them.

How This Works for Me

As I mention in About Cocoon Moments and Me, I’m also making adjustments myself. It doesn’t happen automatically and definitely not perfectly, but the steps are being taken. For example, I’m getting back into painting. Audiobook on, easel ready, and off I go. Not everything turns out (equally) well, but that doesn’t matter. I’m doing something. I’m enjoying it. That’s what counts.
